Historical data for custom attribute in BIRT

Hello,
I need to write a report to display weekly update for custom attributes in BIRT. I think the table of interest is  WORKITEM_CHNGS, stored in the WORKITEMS_SNAPSHOT but I don't know how to access the custom attribute in this tables as there is no key/value columns.
Has anyone done that? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Please check out the link below to the RTC Data Warehouse Snapshot Schemas: 

Sounds like Ws_Type_Ext is the table you would want to use.  Create a new BIRT data set and pass in the KEYs as shown on the screen shot below:

Thanks for the reply, I have noticed that table referenced in the schema link as well, but I'm unable to see that table in the work items snapshot. The last one I see in the list is WS_TIMESTAMP_EXT, and it's in alphabetical order. Is this an issue I need to bring up with the RTC server admin or am I missing something?

@rkoppelman, Just replace "Type" in the table name - Ws_Type_Ext with the type of your custom attribute. So if your custom attribute is of type "String", then use the Ws_String_Ext. Does this help? Thanks.

Hi
You should use RRDI, is included in your license, is more easy to identify the data, specially if you did customization in the tool, BIRT requires more time for do reports and and requires more effort.

@rafaelrmontes, one point to add though that RRDI doesn't support Live RTC data yet...
