BIRT: Not all workitems shown in the result preview

I created BIRT report template based on WORKITEMS-SNAPSHOT.

My problem is that not all workitems are shown on the preview and when I run the report.
More than 4000 items exists and only max. 150 were shown in both ways.

Anyone have an idea how to solve it ?

First, check if all the expected workitems are displayed in the preview if the data source. If so, you have a problem with display. If not, then the problem lies in the data source itself.

Also, make sure your data warehouse jobs are running correctly.

Same result in the preview of the data source.

All dataware warehouse jobs were running with state "Succeeded".

Preview Results is limited to 500 rows and you get a warning that more are available.

Preview (in Report Designer) is similarly limited but can be increased.

Running an installed report has no such limitation.

Only getting 150 suggests you might be filtering some entries out?

I have added some filter but it seems that only the first 500 entries in the database were evaluated.

The result of the report with filter only shows the same WI IDs.
