User ID is case sensitive in RTC Eclipse client?

Could someone please conform this? We found that User ID is case in-sensitive in RTC Web, but case-sensitive in RTC Eclipse client. We are using LDAP authenticated user accounts (Active Directory).

Thanks.

I'm surprised to hear that you found the web login to be case
insensitive, I thought that all our logins were case sensitive. There
is an open bug about the case sensitivity issues at
