RTC 4.0.2: there is no e-signature prompt after it is enabled
Hello,
I enabled e-signature for "Save Work Item (server)" for Approval properties of a work item type.
When I moved the state of an approval record from Pending to Approved and tried to save the work item, I did not get login prompt but instead got the following error:
"Valid E-Signature required to change Approval 'Approval'.
Problem
Changes to the approval 'Approval' need a valid E-Signature (Work Item 14875).
Reason
Verifies that a work item can only be saved if an E-Signature is given for the configured attributes.
Is this a product defect or some other setting I missed?
