How do I limit report edit/delete access in Insight?

By default, all reports are editable by all users, and it's even possible to delete other users reports in the Public Folders area.  I know there are some Cognos roles that can be used to set various permissions on either reports or the report folders, but I don't see anything specific to disallowing a Delete.

How do I set permissions on a folder/report to allow users to Run a report and even save a copy of it, but not edit or delete the report or the saved report results?

Hi Jackie - to grant read/execute only access to reports, you would add your namespace's target users/groups to the predefined Cognos role of Reader or Consumer - and perhaps remove the same user and group from other Cognos roles (that could be providing the unwanted delete access)...this includes removing the Cognos everyone role.
