Creating teams in Rational Team Concert

Hi, I am trying to begin developing in RTC, I readed that I have to be included in a team and I see If I am in a team in "My Team Areas" section. I have nothing there but I added my user to a proyect as a member. How I create a team in Rational so I can develop. I am the administrator user, so I showd have permissions for that.
