Updated enumeration in RTC is not reflecting new value in report.

Hi All,
I am using RTC 6.0.2 with JRS and LQE.

When an enumeration has been updated or the value modified in a work item, and you then run a report, the old enumeration value is displayed.

Does something need to run to update everything or refreshed?

Unfortunately, the Data Warehouse is not a dynamic representation of data. In order to get recent changes into the Data Warehouse and then have them available for new reports you will need to force DCC to update.

I hope that helps. I'm not at a system where I can walk through the details at the moment.

Hi Michael, I'm not sure how to force DCC to update. You mentioned Data Warehouse is not a dynamic representation of data, but we're using LQE for the data source in the report, so I'm not sure how the Data Warehouse pertains to this problem.

Hi, Michael

Most likely the data is not yet synced into JRS meta data. In your version, this sync will happen twice a day as scheduled.
You may manually refresh data source to force the synchronization.

I'm not sure how to do a manual sync of the JRS metadata. Are there any instructions available?
