If you are just talking about having projects from both a Jazz stream and a Git repo in the same Eclipse workspace, check out EGit to work with your Git repo in your RTC eclipse client: https://www.eclipse.org/egit/ If you're talking about flowing source from a Git repo into a Jazz stream, I'm not aware of any productized solution for this.
