Planning to uninstall RRC and RQM from CLM setup

vinay kumar bondugula (7332972) | asked Nov 24 '22, 2:16 p.m.

We have installed CLM applications (RTC, RRC, RQM, DCC and JRS) in distributed environment. But we are actively using only RTC, DCC and JRS. So we have decided to uninstall the applications RRC and RQM and decommission the respective servers. We would like to know if just an uninstall will work or need to make any changes in JTS to remove the connection between JTS and RRC/RQM. Please advice.

Thanks,
Vinay

1. Unregister the application that you no longer use from JTS.
2. Uninstall applications using installation manager to free up space if required.

You should unregister those decommissioned applications from the JTS they were registered to.
