Need help with error CRJAZ1972E: "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.ServerStatusRestService" service failed to activate because a service that it depends on "com.ibm.team.repository.service.IServerDescriptionService", failed to be activated
I am unable to log into my dashboard but I can get to the server page however I get the following error when trying to navigate around in the JAZZ server page.

We are using version 4.0.1. We have rebooted all servers and checked to make sure the DB2 server was up and running with no errors. We cleared all history out of our personal browsers and rebooted our own workstations as well but still getting error. Any ideas?

What is the process to upgrade the DB2 temporary license or where do you get the new license?

If a customer downloads DB2 from the link on Jazz.net, this will take them to the evaluation versions of DB2. Once they buy the products, they can download DB2 from Passport Advantage which include permanent licenses.
