How much RAM do you have on your machine?
The Memory can go quite high especially during the registration and finalization of the applications.
A 32 bit server is only supported for a small scale or demo purposes
If possible you should go for a 64 bit installation with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM.... see the article : https://jazz.net/library/article/811/

Hi Winai,
CLM is only supported on a 64-bit OS (thougt RRDI can live on a 32-bit OS in some circumstances). So the first thing you should try is to move to a 64-bit OS.
