This scenario tests the performance of the Rational Team Concert ISPF client for the operation of loading sources. There are two set of sample projects being used: 
- Small Files sample project: this sample project contains COBOL files of 40K each.
- Large Files sample project: this sample project contains COBOL files of 1.2MB each.
