Change work environment for multiple users (at once) in RTC

You can make project-wide settings changes via process configuration (from the Eclipse client) but I'm not aware of any UI that lets you multi-select some users and adjust all of their schedules at once. In general, users's schedules and work allocations are considered theirs to adjust. Also, in order to change another users's work allocation you need to be at least a project administrator (and this permission is a relatively recent change).
