When will eclipse 3.7.x or later be the version used for the RTC client?

I am  curious if there is any information on when a newer version of eclipse becomes the version bundled as the RTC client. I'm looking for a general rule of thumb rather than exactly when a specific version will be bundled.

As you probably know, at least Eclipse 3.7 is officially supported as of 4.0, see https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=200000 though it is not yet the version that comes bundled. Searching jazz.net didn't turn up anything for me. Let me see if I can find someone that can say for sure.
