How to find lock date, comment (reason for lock) in eclipse client.

We observe that the display information differs between eclipse client and web client while retrieving details about file locks.

RTC version: 4.0.5

Client Parameters Available for display
Eclipse    Name, Owner, Component, Stream
Web    Name, Owner, Comment

Needed Information:
1. Date & time of Lock
2. Possibility to see comment as to why lock was set. 
Is there a way to configure this in eclipse?

Note:
We can find this information by going through event log but it's time consuming.

I don't think it's possible to get the time of lock acquired in either Eclipse client or web client. Please see the work item https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=169669 about that.
For the comment, you may need to submit a new enhancement request.
