Hi, Is it possible to migrate RQM 2.x data from SQL server to DB2 ?

Client has used the the backup facility in SQL Server and have a .bak file along with the configuration files.?
Can he migrate the data to DB2 and how ?

Yes, that is possible through full export import of the repository
1. Export the repository to a tar file while connected with SQL Server
2. Configure RQM with DB2 database now on same server machine
3. Import the exported tar file again on DB2 RQM server

note: You can install RQM in two different folder to avoid disturbing previous installation. You just need to run one instance at a time.

If RQM instances are on different machine, can these steps be followed ?
