Hi,

With IBM Cognos configuration when I try to start the Data Manager socket server I get:

[Start]
[ ERROR ] JAVA_HOME = C:\Program Files\Java\jre6
CATALINA_HOME = C:\Program Files (x86)\ibm\Rational Insight\cognos\bin\..\tomcat
starting DM Socket Service DMSOCKSRV13582914
waiting 1 for net start DMSOCKSRV13582914 to complete
waiting 10 for net start DMSOCKSRV13582914 to complete
waiting 100 for net start DMSOCKSRV13582914 to complete
errorlevel 1 exit 1
The service name is invalid.

Please any help would be appreciate.
