Unable to Save/Close Custom Work Item

Hello,

I am unable to close one of the custom work item, Please find the screenshot attached.

the error suggests you are exceeding the allowed length (32768 bytes) by around 75 bytes.. So, you could try saving one field after another, this will tell you which field was exceeding the limit.. then reduce the content in that field accordingly... hope it helps

I was able to find that field causing this.
Discussion field has 32768 bytes, But i am unable to edit this comments.
Any idea how to you edit the commnets for discussion field.

one of your string attributes has a text larger than the allowed length.. review your large string attributes to reduce the content and you should be able to save..

Thanks Dinesh, I can see two fields.
Discussion and Description, Do you want me to remove some date present in these fields.
Even if i remove, I am unabel to save work item.

NOTE
RTC is integrated with ITSM and MSP
