How do I link a work item to code that is under RTC Source Control?

In the tool under the work item I am under the link tab, after I hit the add button it brings up options such as: Add Related, Make Duplicate of, Add Resolves, etc but I do not see the option for selecting an item under source control.

Please advise.

You have to select the change set e.g. in the pending changes view and select add related, Can't remember the menu entry. It is quite straight forward. You can also drag and drop a work item on the change set. I think you can't do it from the work item. You always do it from the change set. If you select a work item as active in Eclipse it automatically gets associated to change sets created afterwards.
