I am using RTC 4.0.we are facing the problem of opening a links(Attachment) of a story.

When users open a story from the story overview window i can able to load and open the linked attachment .

But when i go to links for the same story i could not open it...and it is displying loading and after some time empty page is displyed.

I am not understanding the behaviour ....i have seen similar problem in the forum but there is no proper solution suggetsed.i think ther should not be any problem with the browser as it is opening in overview window.

My browser version is IE 8.0.

please suggest me the resolution if any body face the similar problem.
