Can we create a workitem using incoming email in RTC?
In JIRA there is a feature for creating issues and give comments through Email using IMAP/POP. Is there any feature in RTC too?

This functionality was stopped half way. You still see some fragments in Advanced Properties. There exists Enhancement Request to finalize it. YOu can write your comments there.
We have bought the solution from CM-Logic, Email-Reader. It's not so expensive and quite flexible to configure. I recommend to have a look into this.
