Test Execution Record hangs

When ever I try to open a Test Execution Record from the 'View All Test Execution Record' screen the screen hangs with the following shown.  Am I missing something?

I'll need a  bit more information before attempting to reply:

- What version of RQM?
- What browser/version?

RQM as bundled with CLM 4.0.1 M3

Browser : Firefox 10.0.10
