Does the ClearCase synchronizer support double byte character sets?

Does the CC synchronizer support double byte character sets?  Trying to import some files with filenames that are causing problem, and it seems that it might not properly support them, despite both ClearCase and RTC supporting them...

As long as the character encoding used by the Synchronizer process matches with the encoding used when those files were checked in the ClearCase, the ClearCase Synchronizer works fine with double-byte filenames.  If you have verified that the encoding is correct, and you are still running into trouble, please file a work item with the details, or work with Rational support.
