Hello All,

While working on RTC eclipse client some time we are getting an license error stating that "unable to obtain the license to read SCM related data: An error response was received from the Jazz Team Server. Status=400. Message CRJAZ1848E To perform the "com.ibm.team.scm.readaccess.general" operation, the user (userid=USERID) must have one of the licenses that are installed on the server: Analyst, Contributor, Quality Professional, Contributor, Practitioner, Developer, Contributor, Contributor Developer for IBM Enterprise Platforms. The server administrator can assign licenses.

But the Developer Authorized is assigned to this user. Please help me anyone to troubleshoot this issue.
