 Can someone please take me through using the Rational solution products, i am using the sandbox RQM, CCM and RTC... Please advise as I'm finding it confusing. How do i create my project and use a simple process without all the unnecessary artifacts?

After you put project name in the setup UI, https://jazz.net/sandbox01/setup/web, there will be progress on project creation. After that, just go to the web page. 

    https://jazz.net/sandbox01-ccm

If you are looking a server sandbox rather than project sandbox, IBM offer it in so called SmartCloud.
http://www.ibm.com/cloud-computing/. There is 90 days free trial.
