Is it possible to add a viewlet in a dashboard that shows the same than Team Central on Team Load? (Personal Time Available Vs. Personal Planned Time)

I believe the Plan View widget in Rational Team Concert provides this, or something similar, if you select a plan with the Developer Workload view selected in the widget preferences.
