Problem configuring setup jazz server 3.0.1

I'm working installing jazz server in iseries platform (v7.1 and was 7.0). finish all previus task fine. but when try to setup server in URL:

https://server:port/jts/setup

when access step 2, setup public uri, remains indefinitely "loading settings..........."

some idea???

I have seen this behavior in the past. I am not sure what it is. I would suggest to check all settings for the applications (security etc.) and look at the troubleshooting in https://jazz.net/library/article/662

@josel: can you check your server log (jts.log) for errors and warnings?
