Eclipse server Repository connection error

Hi,

The eclipse connection to the jazz repository frequently disconnecting and reconnecting.

Its giving an error CRJAZ1247I The request to the server failed.The server returned http error 407 with error text

"Proxy Authontication required"..

So the users are continueosly facing this issue ....please let me know any fix or resolution available for this.
