Hello,

New to RTC Jazz.  We have requirement to get hold of Work Items like change number, tasks etc.

In order to access RTC Jazz Rest API Service, what kind of account ( user id/password ) needed.

We have multiple projects in RTC.  So this ID should have access/authority to access work item of any of the projects
