Using the same process configuration but in different environements

when using the Create Work Item Copy it seems

1/ Makes the attributes available that have been completed

2/ one PA all the attributes are checked on the other they are not - how is this set.

Trying to find out how this works.- is there documentation - I want to either choose the attributes or choose which attributes are checked or not for copy.

Using RTC 6.0.4 and Firefox
