Trigger an operation when save projectarea properties RTC

I`m develop a RTC extension that will trigger a task whenever we change properties of a project area. I tried to find Event Handling or Operation Behavior in Process Configuration but there`s nothing about it. Is it possible to do this?

There is one Operation Behavior for "Save Process Description (Server)". Not sure, if this is for "Process Specification".
