[closed] MSSCCI Provider 4.0 - Validation of repository failed. Result = -4

When performing Check In operation from Visual Studio the "Create a Jazz Repository Connection" dialog box keeps appearing even after entering all details even when "Remember my password" check box is selected.

It looks like its attempting to connect with the Jazz sever before requesting entry again.  The following is written to the trace log files when logging level is set to "Error":
