How to attach doc/excel when importing test case using RQM excel import utility

We are migrating data from HP QC where test cases include attachments. We are importing data using RQM excel importer. Currently test cases with .png type of attachments are imported successfully. But the test cases also have doc, excel and html form of attachments.

How do we import them?

Unfortunately, only images are currently supported (see MSO2RQM : Need to support importing Images and Attachments from both Excel and Word (18968) and Excel Importer - need to support exporting attachment/attachments specified in file path. (75068)).
