Need Subscribers to notify any State Change in Test Plan in RQM

Hello All,

Can we add email notification to selected users in RQM. If yes.
Details: Any change in Test plan state moving from Draft to submit, review, approve and re-open state should be notified to subscribers through an email notification.

So if i want to configure Email notification to selective users then How i can do it in RQM?

Hi Shweta,
You can add email notification to selected users in RQM for sure.
However, there is no option as of 6.0.5 where you receive notification on the State change of an QM artifact.

Here is the link for Email Notification Preferences supported for 6.0.5 and how to set them in RQM. Please note, these steps for RQM will work only if your JTS server is already configured for an proper SMTP server.

If you have an absolute need for Change state notification, please raise an RFE against RQM.
