Customizing scorecard display format

shashikant Sabnekar (21234) | asked Feb 22 '13, 8:01 a.m.
 Hi,

I am new to RQM. I was using Quality Center earlier. I find getting test execution reports extremely difficult in RQM.

My question is about score card. I want scorecard and Execution TER to be displayed as tabular column rather than a graph.

Please help

Hi Shashikant,
In the RQM UI itself there are no means to change the layout and design of the reports.
What you can customize are the parameters for reporting on your data.

To get command over the layout and display you will need to look into the reporting servers like RRDI or Insight:
https://jazz.net/products/rational-insight
Another possibility if your (future) reporting need is concerning rather specific reports that do not need to be accessed within the RQM web UI then you might want to look into the Rational Publishing Engine as an external tool to generate reporting documentation:

Both "power tools" will need some time for learning/getting up and running.
