Open BIRT report but do not run it

Hi all,

RTC 3.0.1.3. In Web UI I open BIRT report to generate it in non-html format. Generation starts, then I choose different format and generation starts again. So, 2 questions are:
1) Is there a way to generate it in non-html format without starting generation using html output?
2) What happens to thread of html generation? It stops or runs until html report is finished (even if I don't need it)?

Hi Vladimir, Yes the report generation will continue even if you discard the report page. But, the generated data will not go to waste as the output of the queries needed by the report will be cached until the next run of the ETLs.

I usually disable caching option for the report (I need really live output), so it's gonna go to waste)
