Missing horizontal scroll bar in custom BIRT report

After upgrade from 3.0.1.3 to 4.0.2 generated BIRT reports are missing horizontal scroll bar. You see there's something else, but cannot get it) Issue is reproduced in FF 17, IE 8 and Chrome. Scroll bar appears in IE 9 however. Looks like RTC Web UI "wraps" generated report in wrong way.
Any ideas how to fix it quickly?

I haven't been able to reproduce it. Can you share a screenshot or the report template?

Reproduced on all templates where report do not fit the screen.

Do you have Layout marked as Auto? and not Fixed.

Yes. It's crosstab, so Fixed would cause truncation. Looks like this issue is not easy to solve and caused by some obsolete CSS properties.I've submitted PMR.

Hi Vladimir,

This is a known issue, which has been fixed in 4.0.3 - see BIRT reports are missing the horizontal scroll bar (253937).
