Jazz Platform Beta 0.6M1 Update 1
I am confused by the builds available on the Downloads pages on jazz.net.
There are two builds labeled Integration Builds: I20070711-2021 Mon, 23 Jul 2007 I20070628-0026 Fri, 29 Jun 2007 If 20070628-0026 is Jazz Platform Beta 0.6M1 Update 1 and I20070711-2021 is an M2 build, shouldn't they be labeled differently to make that fact apparent? Or is it actually unimportant? Thanks, Carol |

Carol,
I believe that the June 29 integration build you're talking about is NOT the same as the Beta 0.6M1 Update 1. You can see at https://jazz.net/downloads/DownloadList.jsp?type=beta that the Beta was released on June 7th. Just click on the button labeled "Download" next to JazzTeamServer-1.0Beta1.zip; that should give you what you want. shawn. |
The beta from June 7 is supposed to have an Update that was "declared" after use in the self-hosting environment. Where can I get that?
The following exerpts are from: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/Maintenance06Beta1 " Jazz Platform Beta 0.6M1 Maintenance Plan " Detailed Plan Week of June 25-29 Fri Week of July 9-13 Declare Jazz Platform Beta 0.6M1 Update 1 |
Hi Carol,
I filed defect 28408 for this. The PMC needs to clarify this, but my guess is: - I20070628-0026 is the Update1 (it was just never declared) - The two more recent I-builds, I20070711-2021 and I20070724-1444, are not Update1 candidates. These are the continuation of the main development stream (not the Beta1 maintainance stream). |
The following message was sent to jazz-dev@jazz.net today:
----- All component leads have approved the promotion of build I20070628-0026 to Beta 1 Update 1 (workitem 27968) and it is now available for download on jazz.net: https://jazz.net/downloads/NewDownloadItem.jsp?type=beta&href=betas/data/0.6M1U1 Here is a link to a shared query that lists the defects addressed: https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Jazz%20Project#perspective=Work%20Items&action=runSavedQuery&id=_GBq2EEE4EdyBG7CX3uECsw&tq=1186515286000 |
