Installing Hibernate Tools into RTC shell

Rob Exley (1652) | asked Oct 28 '10, 5:48 a.m.
Has anyone had any success installing Hibernate tools into the RTC shell. I'm using RTC v2.0.0.2 (which seems to be based on Eclipse 3.4.2) and have installed Hibernate Tools v3.2.4 (3.2.4.v200910211631N-H194-GA) via the update site

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/

However, whilst these seem to have been successfully registered in the eclipse shell (they show up in the About dialog and I can click through and query the version number etc.) and I have restarted numerous times including with the '-clean' option. These don't seem to be reflected in the UI. There is seemingly no views or perspectives by which I can use the functionality. I was hoping to be able to use these to create/modify my Hibernate configuration in my project and to hopefully setup the hibernate mappings.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Note that this is really an Eclipse question, since RTC-Eclipse client
is just Eclipse with an RTC-plugin pre-loaded. But there are lots of
Eclipse experts reading this forum, so maybe they can help.
