Can we Import project plans from Microsoft Project Planning to RTC??? Please give me some idea.

Which version of RTC. Have you searched the help?

RTC 3.x and 4.x supports importing and exporting. RTC4.x does support reimporting as far as I know. See: https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.team.apt.doc/topics/c_import_and_export_projects.html
