IBM Rational Team Concert includes an additional group, JazzGuests , which is used for users with read-only access to the Jazz repository.

where as the other groups have the following permissions:
  • JazzAdmins: Administrators of a Jazz repository with full read-write access
  • JazzDWAdmins: Administrators of a Jazz repository with specific permissions to control the data warehouse on a Jazz server
  • JazzUsers: Users with regular read-write access to the Jazz repository
  • JazzProjectAdmins: Administrators of a Jazz repository with specific permissions to manipulate project areas, team areas, and process templates
Hope this helps!!

Best Regards
Rajat
