I'm using CLM 4.0, DOORS 9.4 and DWA 1.5. Trying to integrate RTC and DOORS.

Successfully added consumer keys to DOORS. Now in the Collaboration Links section, when I choose RTC, it gives me the Jazz login window. I punch in the username password and then I receive a blank window. I try to refresh and get the following message:

Will you allow server "<Unknown Server>" to collaborate with the server https://servername:9443/ccm/ using the "RQM" user ID?
I click on Yes and I again get a blank window.

The collaboration does not complete.
