Configure multiple repositories on the single server

The usage scenario is developers need a experiment environment besides the production server. So that the Admin & other developers can do whatever testing operation on the experiment environment while keep the production as clean as possible. It's too expensive to have two servers running two Jazz Team Server. It will be much better if we can configure two repositories on the same server.

I had a look at existing topic https://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1078&highlight=repositories , but still have no idea about it. I need a full procedure to tell me how to do the configuration.

Another post was recently made that described the way that two repositories can be hosted on the same server. https://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2403. Instead of having two WARs in the same server, for 1.0, you need to start a second server on the same machine with different port numbers.
