Can some one please let me know how to implement DAD process with respective Plans and work item association.

Like: A release plan will have a product backlog

Release
    Inception
    Construction
      Iteration1
      Iteration2
   Transition

So how the backlog items be pulled and organized using DAD process.

Also the workflow management, how this can be best implemented using DAD
