Broken characters from exported RRC requirements

0	haizi wu (60●5●42●48) \| asked Oct 09 '12, 8:34 p.m. edited Oct 09 '12, 8:42 p.m. when I export the requirements from RRC which include chinese characters, the chinese charaters are all broken, I guess something wrong with the character encoding, how to correct it? tks!

Hi Haizi, would you please try to open the csv file using notepad, does the character broken this time, if not you can try to save the file with encoding unicode and try to open it in excel again.

I opened it with the notepad, but they were still broken
