 Upgrade to v4.0 is complete.

Was there a need to upgrade the process templates, reports, dashboard, etc? Or are there no new
changes that would require this?

Yes, at least the email templates are added to the V4 process template.. you must 'upgrade' them..

and I think its ugly..  have to make sure they are all installed on a V3 system, and upgrade that system to get the templates upgraded.

you cannot install an exported V3 template on V4 and have it upgraded.
