Why does the STATE table under the WORKITEMS snapshot in BIRT not display all states?

Hello,

I am using RTC 3.0.1.1.

I have a data set based on the WORKITEMS snapshot and the STATE table to retrieve all states.  For a custom work item I can see all but one state!  The states are numbered s1 to s12, but s11 is not being displayed.  I have no idea why.

I have run all the data collection jobs for the data warehouse but that doesn't work.  I have set the application to use the data mart and re-run the data collection jobs but that doesn't work either.

How can I update the STATE table?

After doing some extensive analysis, it turns out that the Closed state for my work item was not associated with a state group.  After associating it with the Closed state group and ran the data mart collection jobs everything sorted itself out.
