Feature Content Manual Update Issue

Hi ,

We are currently using RAM 7.5.0.2. We are facing an issue with the featured content section.

Issue Description

1) Log in to RAM.
2) In the Configuration section, uncheck the "Automatically create featured content on asset submission. If you disable this option, performance will improve when submitting assets." option.
3) Create a new Asset and add a single file (content) to the asset.
4) Once the asset is displayed, manually add the Featured content section to the page from the Add Section option.
5) Edit the Asset.
6) Remove the current file (content). Add a different file (content) to the asset content. Select Update.
7) When the updated asset is displayed on the page, the Featured Content will still show the Featured content from the first file that was added to the asset.
8) You can edit the Featured Content to add the new file's Featured Content, but you cannot remove the old one.

Has this issue been fixed in RAM 7.5.1.1?
