RRC version 2.0.0.3

I have installed the above version into a new server as existing server was crashed and connected the RRC Repository(DB2) successfully. But in the the step 5 of https://dmsrrc.swd:9443/rdm/setup it was failed with above message though the pop-windows are not blocked.

Can somebody help me????

Able to solve the problem.
