Multiple RRC instances using a single deferred converter.jar
I have two installations of RRC 4.0.3 running on their own Tomcat application servers, sitting on the same SUSE linux machine (SLES 10 SP4). They are both pointing to a single Windows server running Tomcat with the "deferred" converter.jar running on that Windows box.
One instance of RRC has problems connecting to the converter.jar file (error CRRRW8010E) while the other instance is working properly.
Can you use a single deferred converter.jar for multiple RRC instances?
Any suggestions on how to resolve the problem if this is a supported option.
thanks
anthony

Anthony,
I know that the Converter app is designed to be single-threaded, but to be honest I don't think I've seen a setup similar to what you've mentioned here before. While I'm not entirely sure if your scenario is supported or not, you may want to take a look at the following Jazz article, to see if this helps: https://jazz.net/library/article/1089

Thanks Mike.
https://jazz.net/library/article/1089 has some discussion in the comments section which says we can point mutltiple RRC instances to a single deferred converter.jar.
Looks like I need to look elsewhere for the reason one RRC instance is sending this error message...
